Never10...another utility to prevent Win10 upgrade

The article said it does not install any software on its own and it has a just minted Digi-Cert SHA256 certificate MS hasn't seen before. Also it can be used easily by non experienced users to prevent the upgrade. YMMV

I have a few VMs I can experiment with.... [this machine was configured already, and all the others are on 10 anyway]...

If you decide in the future to upgrade to W 10, these are the changes you'll have to edit in your registry (which you should backup before installing Never10):
